​The Department of Parks and Recreation is kicking off the planning process for Envision: ATL Parks & Rec Comprehensive Plan. Come enjoy the new Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation and Aquatic Center and learn more about how you can help envision the future of ATL Parks & Rec. There will be activities for the whole family, snacks provided, and a chance for you to give input on our Parks & Recreation facilities. Come on an evening that works for you. Everyone is welcome!

Placemaking Program Question and Answer Meeting.

In December, we announced the City’s first ever Placemaking Program. The program is an ongoing initiative to transform under-utilized streets into active, vibrant, and safer public spaces. Community members, through an application process, can apply for facilitation and funding support to implement projects in their neighborhood. Applications are due March 16th.
